It's been a long time since I did a review on Bleach, and while certain things have peaked my interest in this arc, there hasn't been a whole lot. Plus, I didn't feel like posting a journal just to say "Oh my god! Yoruichi has a little brother!" :p
I weighed on whether or not to cover Chapter 616 as well, since that chapter was also very interesting, especially since we now know that by all rights, Ukitake should be dead. But I figured it'll just be better just to cover this chapter and keep things focused on the recent turn of events. :)

I really meant to do this yesterday... but I've been busy lately, so it's been tough. ^^;
Anyway, when I saw the release window for DBZ: Battle of the Gods, as well as that it was only being shown in 800 movie theaters across of ALL of North America, I didn't think I'd get to see it. Especially since someone I talked to told me it would be on the other side of the city I live in.
Then, when I was trying to make plans with some friends of mine on Wednesday, I saw that a theater I go regularly (or at least when a movie I'm interested in is out :p ) was having 1 showing of Battle of the Gods. And I just... fanboyed. :lmao:

Bleach - Chapter 582

So, been a long time since I did one of these. Still, I thought it was time.
I was disappointed last week when Ichigo returned. Nothing wrong with it, but I wanted to see some of the others in action. Still, this chapter was executed pretty well.
Kenpachi grins at the entire irony of his situation, which I actually found enjoyable, since... well, let's face it. How often does someone need to save Kenpachi? :p
The FemRitters try to do their sneak attack tactics on Ichigo, only to fail miserably. Given the fights Ichigo's endured prior to this one, as well as his increased power, I don't think we should have expected any less. :)
